| Water, Willow and Moon is
the
name of my shamanic practice in Huntsville, Alabama. It is so
named to honor both my
Celtic ancestry and also the many helping spirits who have come through
my
journies to work with me. From journey one my shamanism had a very Celtic flair, but I just didn't recognize it for what it was. It took me a couple of years to fully understand the true significance and strengths of many of my healing allies and helping spirits. The gentleness yet insistent power of Water, Willow and Moon also echo the flavor of my journeys and my relationships to Spirit via my allies and helper spirits: it is clear that I have much to do here in this practice and in this body, but it is also clear that I am to do it in sometimes subtle yet strong ways. Water, Willow and Moon are rich Celtic symbols, redolent of magic, mysticism, and shamanic power.
